Every rug starts with identification and a colorfast dye-test, so we never put a wash on a rug it can’t take. Wool, oriental, silk, synthetic, and specialty textiles each get the method they call for, full-immersion or a controlled low-moisture wash, dried flat under air movers for an even finish with no shrinkage or curl. Pet accidents are no problem either: where pet urine has set into a rug, the controlled in-shop wash flushes it out instead of chasing it around your floor.
