Andrew's Pro Clean ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and our forms, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this site only, not to any third-party site we link to.

Information you give us

When you submit a contact or quote-request form, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, phone number, email address, service address or ZIP code, and a description of the work you need. We use this to respond to your request and schedule service.

Information collected automatically

When you use this site we receive your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you view, and how you reached us. We use your IP address to limit repeated form submissions and protect the site from abuse.

When you tap a phone number on this site, we record that a call was started and which page you tapped it from. We do not record your phone number, your name, or whether the call connected — only that someone chose to call, and from where. This sets no cookie and cannot be linked back to you.

Cookies and similar technologies

We don't set any cookies of our own. This site stores a small amount of data in your browser so it can work properly: a temporary session identifier used to stop duplicate and automated form submissions, a record of how you arrived at the site so we can tell which pages bring in enquiries, and a note of whether you've dismissed a pop-up. The first two are cleared when you close the tab.

Cookies on this site are set by the services we use rather than by us — mainly our hosting provider, for security and to tell real visitors from automated traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the site may then behave differently.

Bot protection

Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that submissions come from a real person rather than an automated script. Its use is subject to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

When you type in the address field, what you type is sent to Google Maps Platform to generate address suggestions, subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

How we use information

We use the information to respond to inquiries, provide quotes and perform the cleaning services you request, communicate with you about that work, operate and improve the website, and prevent spam and abuse. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

How information is shared

When you contact us, your details are passed to Housecall Pro (the software we use to manage jobs) and our own email inbox so we can act on your request. We also use service providers who help us run the site and reach you — website hosting and content delivery, form and email delivery, and spam protection — and they receive only what they need for that purpose. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

We do not sell or rent your information to anyone, and we don't share it with unrelated businesses for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep the contents of what you send us for up to 12 months, so we can find your request again if something goes wrong in delivering it, and then it is deleted. We keep basic records that a call or message happened for longer, without their contents.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you submitted through the site. Contact us using the details below and we'll respond within a reasonable time. We won't treat you differently for asking.

Do Not Track

Some browsers can send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is still no common standard for how sites should react to it, so we do not currently respond to those signals.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection and we use reasonable measures to protect what we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above changes when we do, and if a change materially affects how we handle information already collected, we'll post a notice on this page.
