Andrew's Pro Clean ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, our forms, and our phone numbers, how we use it, who helps us handle it, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to this site only, not to any third-party site we link to.
Who we are
This site is run by Andrew's Pro Clean, 290 NW 26th St #9, Owatonna, MN55060. We decide how the information you send us is used. For anything about your information, email [email protected].

We do not sell your personal information, we do not share it for cross-context behavioral (targeted) advertising, and we do not use sensitive personal information to infer anything about you.
Information you give us
When you submit a contact or quote-request form, we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email address, service address or ZIP code, whether you're a new or existing customer, and a description of the work you need. Alongside them the form sends the page you sent it from, the site that referred you, any campaign tags in the link you followed, and which of our offices serves your area. We use this to respond to your request and schedule service.
Information collected automatically
When you send a form, we use your IP address to limit repeated submissions and to check that you are a person, not a script. It is kept for 1 hour for that purpose and is never saved with your request or passed on. Our hosting provider also keeps routine technical logs, as any website host does.
When you tap a phone number on this site, we record that a call was started, which page you tapped it on and which office it was for. We do not record your phone number, your name, or whether the call connected. This sets no cookie and cannot be linked back to you.
Cookies and browser storage
We don't set any cookies of our own. The site keeps a few small notes in your browser so it works properly:

When you start filling in a form, Cloudflare Turnstile (below) loads and may set its own cookie on its own domain to tell real visitors from automated traffic. You can clear or block browser storage and cookies in your browser settings; forms may then ask you to confirm you're a person again.
Bot protection
Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that submissions come from a real person rather than an automated script. It receives your IP address and browser details for that check. Its use is subject to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Phone calls
The number on this site rings us directly. Some of our older numbers that still appear in search results, listings and past customers’ phones are tracking numbers that connect to us. When you call a tracking number we record the number you called from, the number you dialed, and the date, time and length of the call, so we can tell which services and locations people are calling about.
Calls to our tracking numbers are recorded. If you call from a state that requires everyone's consent to record, or from a number we can't place, you'll hear a short notice first; otherwise this policy is your notice. If you'd rather not be recorded, reach us by email or through the form instead. You can also ask us to delete a recording. Recordings are converted to text automatically, and that text is analyzed automatically to pick out details like your name, address, phone number, email, and what you need done, so your request reaches the software we use to manage jobs. Recordings and transcripts are stored securely, are not public, and are used only to handle your request and improve how we handle calls.
How we use information
We use the information to respond to inquiries, provide quotes and perform the cleaning services you request, communicate with you about that work, operate and improve the website, and prevent spam and abuse.
Who helps us handle it
When you contact us, your details are passed to Housecall Pro (the software we use to manage jobs) and our own email inbox so we can act on your request. These companies also handle information for us, only for the purposes described here:
- Tradesfront runs this website and our lead handling. It receives your form and delivers it to us, keeps it for up to 12 months, and handles calls to our tracking numbers.
- Cloudflare hosts the site, delivers its images, runs the bot check on our forms and sends the emails that deliver your request.
- Google suggests addresses as you type in the address field; what you type is sent to Google Maps Platform, under Google's Privacy Policy. The "Get directions" link opens Google Maps only if you click it.
- Telnyx provides the phone service behind our tracking numbers and stores call recordings.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with unrelated businesses for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep the contents of what you send us for up to 12 months, so we can find your request again if something goes wrong in delivering it, and then it is deleted. Call recordings are kept on the same schedule. We keep basic records that a call or message happened for longer, without their contents.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Minnesota, Oregon, Texas, Virginia and other US states with privacy laws, you have the right to:
- know what personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it;
- correct information that is wrong;
- delete information you submitted, including any recording of a call you made to us;
- opt out of the sale of your information, targeted advertising and profiling (we do none of these);
- not be treated differently for using any of these rights.
To use them, email [email protected] or call (507) 508-8894. We'll confirm it's you by matching the details you give us to what we hold, and reply within 45 days. Someone you authorize can ask on your behalf. If we turn down a request, you can ask us to reconsider by replying to our answer. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as an opt-out request; since we don't sell or share your information, there is nothing further to switch off.
Do Not Track
Some browsers can send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is still no common standard for how sites should react to it, so we do not currently respond to those signals.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection and we use reasonable measures to protect what we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Children's privacy
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. We do not sell or share the information of anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above changes when we do, and if a change materially affects how we handle information already collected, we'll post a notice on this page.
