We can typically get to your property same-day if you call before noon, however, there may be an up-charge, especially for emergency cleaning services after hours.

Yes! If you're not satisfied with the result we'll do everything we can to make it right within reason, including complimentary re-treatment. However, in rare cases, there are some stains that just can't be removed completely, but we'll do our best to inform you of this during the inspection phase.
