I've used several local and national carpet cleaning companies. Most just put down the pre-spray and then hot-water extract the carpet. Andrew's Pro Clean takes it a step further. They first vacuum your carpet to remove dry soils. They then apply a pre-spray and agitate it into the carpet to suspend and bring to the surface the soils that vacuuming can't remove. Finally, they hot-water extract the carpet to wash away those suspended soils, leaving it clean and bright. Andrew's Pro Clean knows what they're doing and delivers an end result that no other carpet cleaner I've used can even come close to matching.

This place blew the socks off of my expectations. My 2 and 5 year old now have a real challenge, because Andrew came in and got rid of all their crafting materials that were caked into my carpet. There is also hope for those who are potty training..they do mattresses too. He absolutely nailed it! I cannot recommend Andrew’s Pro Clean highly enough! We recently installed new carpeting downstairs, and after one of our dogs had an accident, I tried to clean it myself using a store-bought pet stain remover. Unfortunately, it caused a chemical reaction that turned my carpet bright yellow everywhere I sprayed it. I was devastated. Andrew came out, immediately identified what was causing the reaction, and knew exactly how to fix it. He was incredibly thorough, professional, and kind throughout the entire process. He managed to completely remove the yellowing and our carpet looks brand new again. If you want someone who actually knows the science behind carpet care, call Andrew! 😊

Andrew and I walked through each room and discussed concern areas and goals for the service. My dog has seizures and often loses control of his bladder, Andrew was able to get the smell and stains out of my carpet and recommended products to use in the future accidents. He comes prepared to do the job correctly the first time, but you can also talk to him if he misses a spot and he will fix it for you. Make sure you do your pictures before and after the same day. This husband/wife team have been at it for 3 years and I can see why they made it through the first couple of years, which normally makes or breaks a business, and are growing. Hanah was very responsive and pleasant. She provided a very fast quote, and the process of electronic communication to confirm your price, time and date of service, as well as a reminder that the company has someone on the way for the appointment shortly before arrival. Andrew himself arrived and walked us through the complete process and asked if we had any fragrance preference. He also offered a non-fragrant option. There is no charge for the this service. He is a great guy and very personable. It is easy to see that he will only accept the best results. He is not rushing and is happy to answer any questions while cleaning or to show you what he has pulled out of your carpet such as oils, hairs and very small, sand sized rocks. The job Andrew did was beyond our expectations! He did a fantastic job and I highly recommend that you give Hanah and Andrew your next cleaning job....you will be very satisfied with his work.

We had Andrew's pro clean to our home to clean two flights of stairs with a very noticeable stain on the main living steps, and two very loved accent chairs. He arrived on time & was quick and efficient. The stairs look amazing, with the stain removed. The carpet pile has returned and is nice and fluffy. Our accent chairs were very dirty, and the look brand new! Andrew cleaned the chairs outside on the driveway, and had all the proper equipment to dry them too. It was so nice to have them dry so fast. It smells nice & clean. Andrew was on his way out in a little less than two hours. I would highly recommend and would personally use his services again in the future. Owatonna residents for 23 years.
