After a prior (unnamed) carpet cleaner did not get the dog smell out, I called Andrew’s out. They were very reasonable on price, the individual cleaning it was friendly, and best of all, two days later, still no dog smell lingering! I will certainly be calling them back for yearly carpet cleanings!

We had Wyatt visit us today to clean one of our rooms that our puppy had frequently had accidents in. We had tried using a store carpet cleaner that we purchased that just wasn't doing the trick. Wyatt arrived, was very friendly and professional, and had completed the room in approximately an hour. We will definitely be a return customer! Very fairly priced and everyone was so very kind. Thank you again!!

I've used several local and national carpet cleaning companies. Most just put down the pre-spray and then hot-water extract the carpet. Andrew's Pro Clean takes it a step further. They first vacuum your carpet to remove dry soils. They then apply a pre-spray and agitate it into the carpet to suspend and bring to the surface the soils that vacuuming can't remove. Finally, they hot-water extract the carpet to wash away those suspended soils, leaving it clean and bright. Andrew's Pro Clean knows what they're doing and delivers an end result that no other carpet cleaner I've used can even come close to matching.

This place blew the socks off of my expectations. My 2 and 5 year old now have a real challenge, because Andrew came in and got rid of all their crafting materials that were caked into my carpet. There is also hope for those who are potty training..they do mattresses too. He absolutely nailed it! I won't bat an eye to bring them back in after my kids have drug in the fall mud and all the leaves. Get your sanity back. Call this company. Andrew also speaks dog 🐶

Highly recommend! They did an excellent job cleaning our sofa—it looks fantastic, and they were professional, friendly, and took great care with everything. What made the experience even more memorable was getting to visit with the owner's wife about our shared Catholic faith while the cleaning was being done. It was such an unexpected blessing to connect with another Catholic family-owned business. Those conversations don't happen every day, and it made the whole experience even more meaningful. If you're looking for quality work from genuinely kind, trustworthy people, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thank you for the wonderful service, and God bless your family and business!

I am very impressed with the outcome of my carpet cleaning. I've come to realize that if I would have rented a carpet cleaner myself and purchase the chemicals I would not have come close. They come to you with high grade equipment that is far better than the residential underpowered vacuums rented at stores and they do all the work. It was not even expensive. Money well spent will hirer again.

I cannot recommend Andrew’s Pro Clean highly enough! We recently installed new carpeting downstairs, and after one of our dogs had an accident, I tried to clean it myself using a store-bought pet stain remover. Unfortunately, it caused a chemical reaction that turned my carpet bright yellow everywhere I sprayed it. I was devastated. Andrew came out, immediately identified what was causing the reaction, and knew exactly how to fix it. He was incredibly thorough, professional, and kind throughout the entire process. He managed to completely remove the yellowing and our carpet looks brand new again. If you want someone who actually knows the science behind carpet care, call Andrew! 😊

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Andrew’s Pro Clean is AMAZING. They cleaned our carpets and I’m not exaggerating when I say they look exactly like the day they were installed. And the smell?! Omg—so fresh, so clean, so good that I just keep walking around sniffing the air like a weirdo 😂 Super professional, incredibly skilled, and clearly know what they’re doing. The attention to detail was top-tier, and the results honestly blew us away. I 100% will be hiring them again… although at this point I don’t even want to let the kids back in the house. Strongly considering installing an outdoor shower so they can rinse off before being allowed inside 😎 Highly, highly recommend Andrew’s Pro Clean!

I cannot recommend Andrew’s Pro Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning enough!! Three rooms and a set of stairs done in under 2.5 hours (and done very, very well!!) Andrew and I walked through each room and discussed concern areas and goals for the service. My dog has seizures and often loses control of his bladder, Andrew was able to get the smell and stains out of my carpet and recommended products to use in the future accidents. When I inquired about pricing I was emailed back within the hour, and was provided detailed feedback. Always great to take business local - this one’s a gem. Andrew was cleaning a house across the street and I called to check and see if he could do a couple areas in my house. He went over and beyond and honestly the best cleaning experience I’ve ever had. He seems like a great family man and very professional! I will be having him clean my daughter’s house now too!

This husband/wife team have been at it for 3 years and I can see why they made it through the first couple of years, which normally makes or breaks a business, and are growing. Hanah was very responsive and pleasant. She provided a very fast quote, and the process of electronic communication to confirm your price, time and date of service, as well as a reminder that the company has someone on the way for the appointment shortly before arrival. Andrew himself arrived and walked us through the complete process and asked if we had any fragrance preference. He also offered a non-fragrant option. There is no charge for the this service. He is a great guy and very personable. It is easy to see that he will only accept the best results. He is not rushing and is happy to answer any questions while cleaning or to show you what he has pulled out of your carpet such as oils, hairs and very small, sand sized rocks. The job Andrew did was beyond our expectations! He did a fantastic job and I highly recommend that you give Hanah and Andrew your next cleaning job....you will be very satisfied with his work.

I would highly recommend Andrew’s Pro Clean! They were very professional from the call for the appointment with Hannah to Andrew coming to do the carpets. He was very polite and walked me through the process step by step. We had some pet stains that I thought would never come out and he got them out! AMAZING at what they do and very fairly priced. I would use them again for sure.

Andrew was very professional and explained every step of his process. It was astonishing how much fur he was able to pull out of my carpet. Pricing was fair and you get more than you would with a Stanley steamer or similar company.

We had Andrew's pro clean to our home to clean two flights of stairs with a very noticeable stain on the main living steps, and two very loved accent chairs. He arrived on time & was quick and efficient. The stairs look amazing, with the stain removed. The carpet pile has returned and is nice and fluffy. Our accent chairs were very dirty, and the look brand new! Andrew cleaned the chairs outside on the driveway, and had all the proper equipment to dry them too. It was so nice to have them dry so fast. It smells nice & clean. Andrew was on his way out in a little less than two hours. I would highly recommend and would personally use his services again in the future. Owatonna residents for 23 years.
