How soon can we schedule our strip & wax?
If you're not already on a recurring plan, the best way to schedule service in advance is to book online, but if you need more urgent servicing, we recommend calling in for availability. We can typically get to your property same-day if you call before noon, however, there may be an up-charge, especially for emergency cleaning services after hours.
Do you offer any satisfaction guarantees or warranties?
Yes! If you're not satisfied with the result we'll do everything we can to make it right within reason, including complimentary re-treatment. However, in rare cases, there are some stains that just can't be removed completely, but we'll do our best to inform you of this during the inspection phase.

How often should I have my VCT re-waxed?
This largely depends on your foot traffic. Over time, old wax layers trap dirt, get scuffed, and can yellow, making your floors look dull no matter how much you clean them. High-traffic commercial spaces might need it every 3-6 months, while lower-traffic areas could go 12 months or more. We can help you figure out the best schedule for your specific needs.
How long does it take for the new wax to dry?
Each coat of wax usually dries in about 20-60 minutes. After the final coat, the floor may be ready for light foot traffic in a few hours, but it's best to allow 12-24 hours for it to fully cure before resuming heavy traffic or moving furniture back.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
We ask for 24-48 hours' notice for cancellations and rescheduling to allow time to adjust schedules and potentially fill the vacant time slot.
Do I need to move anything before you come?
As much as possible yes, the area needs to be clear for us to do the work effectively. We can discuss furniture moving options when we provide your quote; some clients handle it, or we can include it in the service.
How do I continue to care for my VCT floors?
Daily sweeping or dust mopping is key. For cleaning, use a damp mop with a neutral pH cleaner recommended for waxed floors. Using entrance mats and promptly cleaning spills will also help extend the life and look of the finish.
