Patio cushions cleaned, stored, and ready for spring
Fall cleanup always ends the same way. The cushions come inside and take over a closet, the outdoor rug goes in the garage still dirty, and in May everything comes back out smelling like wherever it spent the winter.
Andrew’s Pro Clean is running a new Patio Care Program this fall. Bring us your outdoor cushions, pillows and rugs, and we clean them, dry them, package them, and keep them until patio season comes back around.
What does the Patio Care Program include?
Everything from the clean to the shelf it sits on until spring. Your set is handled the same way we handle indoor work, in the same shop.
Every set that comes in gets the same treatment:
- Fabric tested first: a colorfast check before anything gets wet
- Cleaned to the fiber: hot-water extraction or low-moisture, by fabric
- Dried all the way through: no damp cushion goes into a box
- Packaged and stored: sealed and off the floor until spring
- Ready in spring: clean, dry, back on your deck
How much does it cost?
Cushions and pillows are $15 each. Outdoor rugs are $1 per square foot. Bring in six cushions or pillows and you pay for five.
Cleaning and winter storage are both included in that price. Pickup and delivery are available for an added fee, depending on where you are in southern Minnesota.
Why not just stack them in the garage?
Because a cushion that goes into storage damp comes out in May with mildew in the foam, and foam holds moisture long after the cover feels dry to the touch. We dry every piece fully before it gets packaged, in the shop where we run our area rug cleaning and our upholstery cleaning, so drying is something we measure instead of something we hope for.
Outdoor fabrics also collect more than indoor ones do. Pollen, tree sap, bird mess and a season of sun all sit in the weave, and the longer they sit through a winter, the harder they are to get out in the spring.

Call or text (507) 508-8894 and we will set up a drop-off time. Space for winter storage is limited, so the sooner you call, the better your odds of getting a spot.
