It depends on the method. With our very-low-moisture (VLM) cleaning, carpets are usually dry in about 1 to 2 hours, so it's ideal when you need a fast turnaround. Traditional truck-mounted hot-water extraction uses more water for a deep rinse, so those carpets typically take about 4 to 6 hours to dry. Either way, we groom the pile and can set up air movers to speed things along, and we'll help you pick the method that best fits your carpet and your schedule.
Are your cleaning products safe for kids and pets?
Yes. We use eco-friendly, family-safe pre-treatments and finish with a thorough hot-water rinse that lifts the cleaning solution back out of the fibers rather than leaving residue behind. Do I need to move my furniture before you arrive?
We handle the light lifting. We'll move sofas, chairs, tables, and most everyday furniture, clean underneath, and place protective tabs so nothing transfers to damp carpet. We ask that you clear breakables, electronics, and anything fragile beforehand, and we leave heavy pieces like beds and large dressers in place and clean around them.
How often should I have my carpets professionally cleaned?
