What kinds of upholstery and fabrics can you clean?
Most of them. We identify the fabric and run a colorfast test first, then match the method to the material, hot-water extraction for durable synthetics and a gentle low-moisture clean for delicate or natural fibers. We clean sofas, sectionals, recliners, and dining chairs, and we condition leather as well. If a piece is too delicate to clean safely, we'll tell you up front.
How long does upholstery take to dry?
Most furniture is dry within a few hours, not days. We match the moisture level to the fabric and use an accelerated-drying step, so you're not left with soggy cushions like a rental machine leaves behind. Delicate or natural fibers cleaned with our low-moisture method dry especially fast.
Do you clean and condition leather furniture?
Yes. We clean leather seating and finish with a conditioning treatment that helps keep the hide soft and protected against drying and cracking. As with all upholstery, we identify the material and test a hidden area first to make sure the approach is safe for your specific piece.
Are your cleaning products safe for kids and pets?
Yes. We use eco-friendly, family-safe pre-treatments and finish with a thorough hot-water rinse that lifts the cleaning solution back out of the fibers rather than leaving residue behind. The result is a genuinely clean surface that's safe for crawling babies, napping pets, and anyone sensitive to harsh chemicals.
Do I need to move my furniture before you arrive?
We handle the light lifting. We'll move sofas, chairs, tables, and most everyday furniture, clean underneath, and place protective tabs so nothing transfers to damp carpet. We ask that you clear breakables, electronics, and anything fragile beforehand, and we leave heavy pieces like beds and large dressers in place and clean around them.
How soon can you come out?
We try to keep scheduling easy. Call or text us and we'll find a time that works, usually within a few days. We'll give you a clear window so you're not stuck waiting around, and if something's urgent, let us know and we'll do our best to fit you in sooner.

Do you offer free estimates, and how is pricing set?
Yes, quotes are free. For most residential work we price by the room or by the piece, so you know the cost up front with no surprise charges. Just call or use our quote form with a rough idea of the rooms or items you'd like cleaned and we'll give you a straight number. Commercial and hard-floor work is quoted after a quick walkthrough, since those depend on the space.
